[FEATURE] To be able to provide list of email addresses where reports will be emailed by opensearch.

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently reports are downloadable, but there is no option to add email addresses and SMTP configuraion to auto send emails when reports are ready/

What solution would you like?

• Ability to configure email outgoing provider configuration .

• Ability to add set of email addresses per report as an option.

What alternatives have you considered?
The alternative is for each user of opensearch to develop a download and email solutions and also build a scheduler themselves.
