I've gone with an include everything that could match the PGD approach. The study will hopefully be able to filter to only medications supplied under Pharmacy First so I would look to keep these all in.

As explained here, due to complexities in the data we need to build this codelist directly in dmd to ensure we include products which don't have a BNF code.
