General arrangements

  • Confirm date of meeting
  • Confirm speakers and attendees
  • Book meeting room at Turing - 1st floor Ada or Margret Hamilton (12 people), Lovelace (10 people) or 2nd floor - Margaret Hamilton (12 people). Or Enigma 2.0 - 45 in person.
  • Send out calendar placeholder to all invitees.
  • Add zoom link and direction and arrival instructions in calendar invite.
  • Arrange food/catering
  • Set up shared document for note taking.
  • Write email to confirm all arrangements, directions and instructions prior to meeting.

For speakers

  • get presentations emailed to EK

Funding

  • Request receipts from speakers ad othert attendee in need of financial support
  • Process funding requests

Meeting is set for 23 November

Booking of rooms has been done - Ada Lovelace rooms on 1st Floor of Turing.

Catering is still to arrange.

  • Intro to the proposed project - problem -
  • Talks from invited speakers - what is currently happening - current research
  • Physical collections - Dorian

Afternoon - discussions - tackle point raised for the morning talks.

What would be the purpose of using it?
What data, images would you weant to store, have on it?
What do you see works well?
