Ambassadors @jenkelchner and @LauraHilliger just facilitated an outstanding program, "Through the Lens of Culture: A Seamless Government Masterclass," which introduced public sector folks to open principles and practices. The experience led to some interesting findings (especially with regard to impressions of concepts like "open" and "openness"), which they've outlined in a downloadable brief. It's quite fascinating (recommended read!).
I'd love to see us create some editorial material that explores the experience, the work, and the findings in more detail. For example, I could imagine an article that overviews the report and its findings, as well as an audio/video interview with @jenkelchner, @LauraHilliger, and their colleague who also helped design and facilitate the session.
