Confusing paragraph in Tutorial Step 6 #2911

In Step 6, under Create A New Branch, the highlighted paragraph should emphasize that we do not make changes on our "Username.github.io" yet and only work on files on our local machine.

The paragraph does mean the files on our local machine as it states "local" files.
