We will need a way to show when
a) the page was updated (by a person).
b) the data was updated (by a machine).

This could be a separate pipeline that depends on the vento file. If this has changed, DVC runs a script to update the time the page was updated.

If any of the csv files have changed, dvc runs a script to updated the time the data was updated. This could in theory depend on the EDD dict file.
