Check we are adding residents engaged through Hidden Stories to 'residents engaged' figure on impact dashboard & landing page

We have the total number of residents who engaged in Hidden Stories (total_sum column here: https://github.com/open-innovations/leeds-2023/blob/main/docs/_data/metrics/hidden_stories/wards.csv )

Events for hidden stories have been added into community engagement dashboard, however residents haven't (because no postcode data was associated with the count of residents).

Therefore, I think we are missing the 500 or so Hidden Stories participants from the total residents engaged figure
