No BOM in the repository (?) and wiki erroneously has 75ohm parts listed #1

Following up on a discussion on the mailing list ...

The README mentions a BOM but I can't find any in the repository. So we should change the README or add one.

The wiki lists Digikey A97564-ND as the BNC connector, but this is apparently a mistake because it is a 75-ohm connector. Can someone recommend a 50-ohm part with the same footprint? I briefly looked but couldn't find one immediately and so defer to some one with more knowledge.

Finally, I suggest adding Digikey 277-1279-ND as a screw terminal option to the BOM. I think it will fit but I haven't tried it yet.

Good catch about the BOM. We'll add one.

Connector impedance matching is not too important at the frequencies the system usually operates, although it's true that it could be better for some relatively fast digital signals. I'd recommend using A97557-ND which is basically the same as the one we have now, but with 50 Ohm impedance.

277-1279-ND should definitely fit, as well as any terminal with 2.54mm (0.1 inch) pitch and no mounting posts.

I updated the wiki with the 50ohm part and the screw terminal link. BOM would still be nice though.
