问题描述

相关问题：#1593

目前 BT 服务连接管理的代码非常难以维护。

需要考虑重写连接逻辑（适配35的6h重启机制），独立为一个不依赖安卓 API 的类，并尽可能覆盖测试。

4.5.0 main 里是坏的。这个问题 block 4.5.0-alpba01。因为有 UI 会依赖 compose 1.8，进而依赖 API 35。
