I'm currently following the instructions for the ChatQnA example.
The documentation specifies that I must use external IP address of the server and not to use localhost.
However, due to security policies at my company, we are not allowed to expose public IP addresses and I must access the server only through bastion host.
Could I get some advice on how I can configure the docker environment in this scenario? Are there any alternative methods or configurations that would allow me to comply with our security policies while still setting up the environment correctly?

Thanks in advance for the assistance.
