Add Ability to mark a package as Outdated / Incompatible with a Meteor Version #66

Hi, since meteor evolve further in a lighting speed, packages get outdated and/or incompatible with a certain version of meteor.

I would love to see a feature to tag/mark such package.

This would help new and advanced users to identify such packages and developers could take the chance to update the/their packages.
