Synchronizing LEDs for learning mode in synthesia (Android)

I've been trying to connect the LEDs to synthesia via rtpmidid and I'm unable to do so. I don't know if you could help me a bit because I don't understand the logic to connect it in the web interface.
When I scan I don't see any rtpmidi server to connect to, but they do appear in the list of playback devices within the web interface.

Could you explain this to me as if you were talking to a 10 year old child?
