Most of the tests fails with 404 Not Found fatal error

Subject of the issue
Most of the tests fails with 404 Not Found fatal error

Your environment

• Edition of inferno (Community or Program): Community
• Version of inferno: 2.12.0
• Which browser and version(s) is the bug present on?: Chrome Version 90.0.4430.93

Steps to reproduce
Just ran the tests for Patient resource using the Community edition pointing to our EHR product and saw most of the tests failing . It throws 404 Not Found fatal error.
Same issue is observed with other FHIR resources also.

Include:

• The selected test suite
• The URL of the FHIR server being tested
• The Test ID, if it's a problem with a specific test.
• Any required configuration options (client ID, client secret, etc.)
• Anything else needed to make the issue occur.

Expected behavior
Tell us what should happen.
The tests should have passed.

Actual behavior
Tell us what happens instead. Include screenshots if possible.
most of the tests failing . It throws 404 Not Found fatal error.
