Plans To Publish Docker Image?

Are there plans to publish the inferno source docker image as well? Currently the instructions for running this involves downloading the source and building the docker image locally, however if we were able to pull an image from docker hub that could let us skip some steps.

Oh great! I didn't see this documented in the README, so it would be useful to add that there. Are the docker images going to be tagged with semantic versions as well? Same goes for the other docker dependencies like fhir-validator-wrapper?
