The difference is that R5 (it's R3 now) is about the software having the proper interface for CFD. NFR2 measure how easy it is for a USER to set it up. The software can potentially satisfy R5 and not performing well for NFR2. There are indeed some overlaps. I will keep this issue open to think about it more.
R3: (Future) Allow CFD software to interface with this software to obtain IC and BC.
NFR2: Usability The input and output of the software should be easily understandable by those familiar with CFD. Later, it should provide easy setup for integration with CFD software.
Maybe this review is more related to SRS, but isn't R5 redundant, along with NFR2?
