Layoutsがほぼ使えない子になっているので、ちゃんと使う。

header,footerあたりをtemplateに移す。
Layoutsが担う役割を明確にしてreadmeに記載する

以下をどのように使い分けるのか。何が共通化されてほしいのか

components/template
layouts/default
layouts/error
