Running the example in Safari (macOS or iOS) fails with the (not terribly helpful) error:
SyntaxError: Invalid character '\u20ac'

It seems potentially similar to this error emscripten-core/emscripten#9842

I've tried rebuilding with the latest emscripten (emcc src/add.c -o add.wasm) with no luck.
