✏️ [ FEAT REQ ] Keep archived and muted conversations archived when new texts arrive

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe the problem.
As an alternative to blocking numbers (when you might want to look at what the number sent in the future, but don't want to see it right now), it would be helpful if archived conversations for which notifications are off would remain archived instead of coming back into the main list of conversations.

If a text comes from an archived number for which notifications are disabled, the conversation would stay archived.
