Ensure that pattern apply to unicellular organisms as well

Due to logistic reasons, I had to merge https://github.com/obophenotype/upheno/pull/950/files (@Clare72 sorry about that).

@rays22 can you please make sure that we undo this change in the correct way (not using PATO, either by adding a Uberon class that explicitly covers unicellular organisms or, better, ensuring we have a suitable COB class?)
