SYSPASS : How to fetch LDAP user in AD with SYSPASS

Hello everyone,
i'm completely stuck, syspass is not really intuitive for that, do you know how to fetch AD user's in SYSPASS ?
My manager said : "you just need to add him to the group and to the fetch of the users" but which group by default we have to choose ?
Do we have to create a local user before to added it to the group ?
