Settings menu icon doesn't follow typical design patterns #1296

I believe Numix-Circle is inappropriately using the hamburger button. Shouldn't the typical design pattern be a gear icon?

For example, this looks really wrong to display a dozen hamburger buttons on one page:

Hmmm, this menu no longer exists in Gnome, so I'm not sure.

I consider retiring our own symbolic icons altohgether and inheriting original ones anyway, see #1432. Ours cause issues like #1404 and there's not much leeway for a distinct Numix design in symbolic icons.
