I have changed the orientation angle of one of the lights, so that its base is not pointing at the ceiling. When selecting the floor follow option I noticed that all other light correctly point at the moving floor point but the changed light looked in the wrong direction.

Sorry for pointing out possible flaws.
I will certainly look through the code and see if I can figure out why it does that.
But I thought you liked to now too :)

actually the lookAt is working just in some degrees, there is a big disclaimer in the README.md about that, as i didn't wrote the code from chasing the target but i adapted from shoehi fujimoto's code (there is also a link inside the code) i'm open to contribution to fix that
