Dear professor,
I am very interested in your pre-recorded article "Quantitative profiling of pseudouridylation dynamics in native RNAs with nanopore sequencing". And I want download the UNM-S data of fast5 format, but the PRJNA575545 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/?term=PRJNA575545) in GEO without SRA data ( neither fastq and fast5).
So I would like to ask you for the fast5 download link.
I checked it online that your current time should between afternoon and evening. I hope this letter will not disturb your busy work.
Thank you!

Dear @ChristopherLeeZG thanks for your interest in our work. We have realized that this specific dataset was still "To be released" and hadn't been made public, sorry for that. The rest of the datasets of the paper seem to be publicly accessible (please let me know if that is not the case). We have now fixed this in SRA, please note that it may take a few days for the change to be reflected and be accessible to the public. Please let us know if you still struggle accessing the data in a few days.
Thanks!

Thanks for reply !
I will continue to pay attention. (The rest of the datasets of the paper are accessable.)
Best wishes!
