Could I please ask how do I set this up on a Windows pc?
I'm a complete noob and don't quite understand your github page.

npm install google-home-notifier
Install the bonjour SDK (https://developer.apple.com/download/more/?=Bonjour%20SDK%20for%20Windows)
That should be it
