Right now, I have a draft of some "nightly" experiments which are actually just tests.

We should create infrastructure which runs these every night!

A good start would be to integrate the following features:

Modify tests to run my modified version of Anjali's script to scrape rewrite rules from Halide repo
Modify tests to generate run artifacts (yaml, json, doesn't really matter)
(bonus objectives)
Create script which generates summary of run artifacts (can be txt file, or even latex figures!) and uploads to Google Drive
Create Slack bot which has summary
