@abhijna will send out a poll to find a time for the week of April 26th
Once she has a time, she'll give it to @RLC-DCPPC and he'll make the meeting
For that meeting, Katie will have:
checked to see whether it is better to try to add all the requested features from the other issues already described in this repo or to just find a new plugin that is closer to what we now need
If we're going to switch to a new plugin, come with a some options for new plugins so that we can decide which one best fits our requirements above (presumably there won't be something that does everything we want out of the box)
If we're going to use a paid version of our current plugin (or a new plug in) have some cost estimates for it/them
We're going to put off meeting for a bit. Katie thinks that the pro version of the plugin we have should work: http://wp-events-plugin.com/
So for the near future, Bob will figure out the paying for it bit, Abhijna will look at the plugin so we have clear ideas of what features we want and how we'd like them configured. And we'll all meet up about it later :)
We should be able to pay for new features if that's the way we make it happen
