We are looking for Common Fund partners (you!) who have data sets that can be part of an upcoming hackathon, including both DCCs and R03 awardees. The CFDE-CC will provide all of the advertising, scheduling, and participant wrangling by default. What we would like from you is data sets and/or analyses that you’d like shared with new users. To indicate interest in being part of the hackathon, please fill out this Google form by Friday, January 28th. The form will ask you to describe potential dataset(s) or analysis programs in 1-2 sentences and indicate your availability.
The second part of our Intro to Cloud Computig Series, Intro to AWS for Cloud Computing, will take place on Wednesday, January 26th. The CFDE Knowledge Graph Working Group has been established and will be co-chaired by Deanne Taylor from Kid's First and Jonathan Silverstein from HuBMAP. Those who have previously expressed interest in participating, please send an email to Kevin Hanshaw ([email protected]) to be included in any future correspondence about the WG. More details will be made available during the February 1st Cross-Pollination meeting.
