Module Configuration section description

Describe the bug
The Module Configuration section lacks a description, and the process for dynamically reconfiguring EtherCAT modules is not described.

Expected behavior
The section should have a description explaining the requirement to set the Reconfigure EtherCAT Modules channel in order to reconfigure modules in EtherCAT chassis. This is not a requirement for local modules.

Additional context
The lack of information about channels under this section is causing issues using the custom device for customers, e.g. in #47.
