The composite-index tag is used to map dictionaries using components as index. This does not appear to be accessible using fluent nhibernate.

Anyone planning to look into this? Already needed this feature in two projects and had to resort to XML.

This was implemented in f817b79 but then commit has disappeared and I'm struggling to find where it has gone.
