Hi,
I had acquired 7Pass around 2 years ago, It worked fine most of the time but for a while ago after some HW problems with the phone and then Reset and Update W10, the DropBox login doesn't work anymore.
3 W10 updates ago worked fine, even updating the phone and testing the login in every individual update doesn't work.
The login box info appears in the middle of the text, mail and password.
Even the Gmail login option appears greyed out.
Didn't find anything related to this issue.

I found the same issue today, I had to reinstall 7pass after a SD card change and I experience the exact same problem.
I have even bought the non-free version, thinking it might might have been some kind of expiration of the free version, but the behaviour is the same.
The project seems dead, but I was wondering whether a solution for this problem exists...
I already tried to log into Dropbox and remove the authorisation for 7pass application, so that a brand-new authorisation is set up, but the problem persists.
