Description of feature

As there is hardly any useful information in the QC, I would like to include a better functionality.
Additionally, it would be of interest would be to create the following figures in the QC:

  • ppm vs RT
  • observed number of PSMs per charge
  • the number of peptides against the retention time
  • Peptide length distribution
  • number of matched ions
  • the number of PSMs and peptides in a sample
