Base class for constructive solid geometry (building 3D shapes)

Submitted together with NXsolid_geometry and NXquadric

Acts as a branching node in a solid geometry tree.

Update: this had not been used at Diamond so if there are no other users, I propose this is withdrawn and abandoned especially as there are more thoroughly geometry classes from FAIRmat (#1421).
