Inject newrelic sidecar to cronjob jobs

Description

It seems injection to job's pod has been disabled by PR #43 . The lifecycle events could be make the injection complicated. However it's not that case for cronjob jobs, and usually cronjob jobs are part of the application, and should be monitored by new relic as well.

Acceptance Criteria

Enable the cronjob jobs as candidates for injection sidecar, follow the same injection policies as regular pods.
