This is the initial release of the neuroscout-cli, a command line interface for execution of analyses created using the Neuroscout web app / API.

Neuroscout wraps FitLins, a BIDS-app model fitting BIDS app, and manages data and software dependencies to make it easy to execute complex neuroimaging models.
