Warning Message in Create_SAHA_Object.R wrong

Specifically for marker_free (AvgExp). Need to check for rownames or column = "X". Need to figure out the correct columns to check for.

When @lhoranportelance had preprocessed his avgexp, it shot a warning... but there was overlap between genes in query&db.

I have reviewed this issue and cannot seem to replicate the error with my data / code. Could either one of you send me a snippet of the code you ran + the files used?
