Write compatibility test for query tool to f-API connection

Test should assert that:

• query tool launches with the expected node names in the node dropdown and the expected instances in the query parameter dropdowns (diagnosis, etc.)
• should not produce errors about options/nodes not responding or not able to be fetched
• the following queries succeed, i.e. lead to the expected results being shown on the query tool
  • empty query
  • filtered query
• for the empty query, the downloaded .tsv file contains the expected number of results (rows)
