  • confirm users have used the sign-in link before it expired (or disable the expiration date)
  • follow up with the users who haven't or need help so they join (reasonable best effort) from Create user accounts for BIC node users #222
  • Schedule the meeting
  • Make an agenda / semi-structured interview
  • Analyze / discuss the feedback and use it to validate / refute our assumptions
