Context

The QPN paper is getting published. We want people to be able to discover the QPN dataset.

Why

• More visibility for QPN data
• Make it as easy as possible for folks interested in QPN to learn about the dataset
• Ensure that users have an easy time for working with the d

Outcomes

users can

• find info on subject level about QPN
• subjectID, availability of tools and imaging + derivatives can be included in query result download
• query result download should include subjectID so users can later filter the full dataset after getting access (for now manually, later maybe via datalad)
• users can also query on age and sex (need to clarify if these can be included in the downloaded results)
• the query results download includes the link to the data portal URL (in addition to being represented on the UI)
• the QPN node itself is up to date with the current dataset and also fully searchable (pay attention to the vocabulary for assessment tools currently supported by the public tools)

What

• Reprocess PD datasets with the new assessment tool library #220
• obtain the data portal link (i.e. Zenodo URL) for the QPN release from @nikhil153
• Redeploy the public QPN node with the latest versions of services #233
• Redeploy the public services with the latest versions #234
• clarify if query result downloads are allowed to include all subject-level data or not. If not, create follow-on issue to create a new response mode for API to only return subject IDs (TBD)
• Make a single BIDS dataset of the different release chunks for QPN by symlinking #237
