Right now this repo is called neurobagel/annotation-tool, which is obviously different from old neurobagel/annotation_tool ...

We should instead rename this repo to something distinct. Since the new tool will work for a number of communities, we could also consider an overall different name. Some ideas

the new repo name will be old-annotation-tool
