Role self-assigning

Create a command for Mods to add reaction roles, where users can react with a specific emoji to a message to acquire a role.

And/or, implement a command where users can use slash commands to assign a role. E.g., /role @Society.

I'll try to look into this and get something up for it.

I'll probably do reaction messages for roles. For role lists with multiple options, I'm going to look into select menus to see if those work.
