Considering what needs to be done for a possible CRAN release

• Include suitable license (BSD_3_clause)
• Include Java source code in ./java folder
• Update README and vignettes
• Try to fix GDAL sidecar file not generated via newhall_batch(file = "...")  #12, need to update categories for existing file
• Complete Add "worldclim" and "cmip6" climate caching/access functions #13, add geodata to suggests, use existing routines run on worldclim to build functions
• Add ubuntu-latest with R-devel to R-CMD-check CI
• Initial run through Winbuilder, resolve any issues
• Draft blog post
• Submit!
