Change toree kernel to use standalone hadoop install #16

We have a hadoop apk, so ideally we should add a spark apk and have the toree kernel apk just depend on spark and hadoop. However, currently that runs into this problem, which has been fixed but doesn't seem to have made a snapshot yet. Additional reference
