Wishlist: Link to relevant code in the footer

As a frequent NAV user, I'd like to suggest the following:

For every page, have a link in the footer to the github repos that contain the code driving that page. Do you want some user stories to go with that? Alright:

As a NAV user who is also a developer, I would like a quick way to understand what code is running the page I'm looking at or the form I'm filling out so that I can quickly get up to speed to contribute to it.

As a lawyer who assist clients in securing their rights, I would like to quickly understand how processing of my clients data is done so that I can get assistance from programmers to ensure that the code reflects relevant regulations.

As a developer in the public sector, I would like to see how NAV builds on NAIS to see if my agency can adapt to that infrastructure.
