How to configure NATS cluster to use NKey clients authentication #232

The NATS provides NKey and JWT based authentication and even the client part is described on their web site [1] I can't find anywhere what should be done on a server part. Could you please provide any documentation on this subject.

I described the actual issue with setting up nats-account-server in #234, therefore this ticket may be closed.
