Having assets (JS & CSS) in modules.
Minify JS & CSS
Compiled and output under public/js/module.min.js or public/css/module.min.css
Minified JS & CSS name should be as in http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5055143/will-changing-a-file-name-affect-the-md5-hash-of-a-file

Module's assets should be under module/assets/[js|css]
