I noticed that PC didn't mean personal comment at all, it meant another author:

Philip Chien, author of "Columbia - Final Voyage; The Last Flight of NASA's First Space
Shuttle". http://www.sts107.info (Philip Chien’s contributions to the Chronology are italicized and followed by “PC”.

I was reading the oldest version at the time: https://web.archive.org/web/20170717230205/https://history.nasa.gov/wakeup%20calls.pdf

Review the sources page and see how best we can use them.

Also, we need to create a sources/references section in the JSON as that doesn't exist.yet.
