Create a parent config file

In our typical workflow config files (i.e. run.config, index.config, etc), we import other config files that we don't expect the user to change (e.g. profile.config). However, we're now growing to have a lot of these config files, thus we should create a parent/universal config file that sources all of these config files, then we only have to source the parent config file.
