Text-to-Speech feature

Hello,
to have more connectivity features, it's should be great to have Text-to-Speech like the original Violet Nabaztag or OpenJabNab server.
Should be great if this would be a local function or eventually via free Internet service for home users (i.e. VoiceRSS https://voicerss.org/)

Hi,

I have compiled https://github.com/naggety/picotts on the raspberry PI. It works and converts a text pretty decently with a CLI simple tool. The tool is no more maintained though.
