Current encounters are flat and descriptive. Better, let there be dialog, backstory, role play, etc. You should be able to talk to NPCs, but venger struggles with this rn.
I imagine this involves a new NPC prompt. Something like, "Create an npc that is an innkeeper. The innkeeper should have a name, race, etc"
Requires updating the action prompt too. 1 include active NPCs in its context. 2 ok, how do we know if an NPC is active? maybe ask gpt lol. And 3, update the system prompt so that it can role-play characters during the game and have some bias towards dialog.
