Proposal & action not visible if pending invalid proposal #6

Hey

I found a small bug if a proposal contains an invalid token-id (all proposal, balance and actions are not visible)

To reproduce:

Click on Propose
Send token
Put an invalid token id
Submit

I've this bug on https://devnet-multisig.elrond.com/ btw using a valid token-id is a great workaround 🤣
